In April 2024, we designed a styled shoot at Théâtre Cartier in Montreal—a venue that immediately commands attention. Once a church, now a restored event space, it is one of the most intentional venues in the city. Every detail, from the soaring ceremony space to even the bathrooms, has been carefully curated to honor its history while offering modern comfort.

With such a remarkable backdrop, the design direction came naturally. Inspired by Taylor Swift’s The Last American Dynasty, we envisioned a celebration that combined the grandeur of White House dinners with a sense of refined intimacy. Think vintage heirloom accents, textured linens, and florals that were lavish yet thoughtfully restrained.

The result was a universe of understated opulence—where architecture and ambiance blend seamlessly, offering couples a space that feels both timeless and personal. For those seeking a venue that tells a story while setting the stage for their own, Théâtre Cartier is a rare gem.
